2nd European Monitoring Conference “NetWBL Work-based Learning TOOLKIT goes live!”
The 2nd European Monitoring Conference “NetWBL Work-based Learning Toolkit goes live! “ took place. More than 140 participants from 29 countries from practice, policy and research discussed on developments in the world of work-based learning. It was organized by the 29 partners of the Thematic Network NetWBL.
The event was focused also on networking: It included stakeholders from the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA), and other multipliers (from the business side including SMEs) and provided general information on work-based learning and apprenticeships, e.g. the results of the ET 2020 working group on VET, on other Erasmus+ newly launched projects (e.g. call on Apprenticeship for national authorities, Sector Skills Alliances and Strategic Partnerships).
The hightlight of the conference was the launch of the WBL TOOLKIT. The Work-based Learning TOOLKIT is the first web platform that provides extensive materials and instruments to WBL. Politicians, social partners, universities as well as VET providers can use it to easier implement or improve work-based learning.
The launch event was livetweeted. You can follow the debate in Vilnius as it happened with the hashtag #wbltookit .
